1. Health-related quality of life in patients with primary malign brain tumors during and 60 after treatment with proton beam therapy.
2. Proton beam radiotherapy of rectal and anal cancer: A way of decreasing toxicity and improving quality of life?

The overall purpose of this project is to study PROs, in terms of toxicity, HRQoL, and biological markers, during and after radiotherapy with PBT versus photon therapy of the pelvis within the framework of two ongoing Swedish randomized trials among patients with rectal and anal cancers, respectively. In addition, we will investigate the cost-effectiveness of PBT versus photon therapy.
